RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Drifter purchase and will accept returns of products in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days from the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, we require a return authorization number to be included in the shipment back to us. To obtain an return authorization number, please email Drifter at studio@drifter.com with your order #, total amount purchased, and your reason for the return/exchange. Order returned without a return authorization number will not be processed.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality inspection. We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 billing cycle. Drifter may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated below.

CLOTHING/BAGS:

All apparel must be returned unworn and in new condition with original tags attached.

SHOES:

All shoes must be returned in their original box with dust-bags if applicable. While trying on shoes please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the sole from scuffs/damage. Please note, shoes with signs of wear will not be accepted.

SALE ITEMS:

You may return items purchased on sale for an exchange or store credit. Items purchased using a promotional code are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, credit, or exchange.

EXCHANGE:

At this time Drifter cannot automatically process exchanges online. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.

MAKING A RETURN:

1. Check the items on your invoice you wish to return. Be sure to include the invoice with your shipment.

2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.

3. Affix the pre-paid return label sent with your order to the box and drop it off at the nearest appropriate carrier pick up location.
